1. 4+ tier 10 tanks with good damage outputs
2. 55%+ win rate
3. 1800+ WN8
4. 2300+ WN8 for the last 1000 battles
5. Passion and good attendance (4+ nights a week)
6. No drama
7. Must be on teamspeak if you are playing
